Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager who will help lead, create and execute marketing strategies to help drive traffic, retain customers and increase revenue. Includes integrated marketing plans across search, social media, and more. Creation of market segmentation and ideal customer profiles, content marketing, brand building, finding conferences and sponsorship opportunities, digital marketing campaigns aligned with target markets, performing market and competitor research and analysis, overseeing content development, and communications and brand stewardship. This position is a leadership role and as the company expand you will be able to help build out the marketing team moving into the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing plans and strategy to drive measurable growth of new customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and understand how to support their efforts and drive more opportunities
  • Concept campaigns (Social media marketing, Search engine marketing and email marketing), determine audiences to be targeted, how the product should be described and how the campaigns should look
  • Develop the campaigns and write conveying copies, selection of strategic keywords and bidding, proper audience targeting
  • Manage the campaigns and track its results, adapt them based on performance results and constantly improve its reach, audience targeting and drive results
  • Define digital marketing campaigns for target market segments that supports inbound and outbound lead generation and referral programs
  • Experience with hubspot and its integrations
  • Develop campaign ROIs and monitor sales and marketing metrics to align activities to business goals and revenue targets
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Oversee the development of thought leadership content and social strategy targeted at our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to drive conversion
  • Build relationships with key channel partners and create joint go to market marketing programss
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and strategic messaging for products within your portfolio
  • Translate complex technical concepts into impactful and concise value-based messaging
  • Create effective Go to Market plans for new products and new releases of existing products
  • Author compelling content related to the product portfolio for use across blogs, sales enablement, etc.
  • Conduct thorough and timely competitive analysis to understand industry trends and key insights
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is Bonus)
  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Outgoing, friendly, and personable
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns, web technologies including social media and content marketing
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics like MRR, Churn, CAC, LTV
  • Experience in client interaction and brand voice, buyer personas and customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in marketing contexts
  • Self-starter who will take ownership of projects to bring them to completion, pulling in resources from across the company as needed or required
  • Superior project management and presentation skills
  • You have expertise with CRM (HubSpot an asset), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing lead generation strategies that utilizes best-in-class software tools
  • Proven capability for leveraging social media to drive revenue; identifying strategic social media relationships and developing an online presence that aligns with the brand
  • Exceptional leadership skills; ability to coach, mentor, manage direct reports at different levels
  • Can work both autonomously and with others
  • High attention to details
  • Open to feedback and iteration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
